Lauren grew up in Los Angeles, California, and moved to San Francisco right after high school for college and law school. After practicing law for several years, she became objectively “successful” but felt something was missing at a deep level. As she began soul searching, she discovered that she needed to live a life with more meaning in order to truly thrive. She found that meaning and purpose in serving others through coaching, or rather—it found her. Lauren attended the IPEC coach training program, where she earned her coaching certification in 2022. Now through coaching, she guides her clients to push past their limitations and fears in order to live a more meaningful and aligned existence.

Lauren now lives in the little gem town of Seal Beach, California. In her free time, she loves to waterski, practice yoga, salsa dance, drink oat milk cappuccinos, connect with friends and family, and go on walks by the beach.
